Investors will be charged the following fees:

● For subscriptions of less than €50,000: entry fee of 2% excluding tax of the subscribed amount.
● For subscriptions greater than or equal to €50,000 and less than €250,000: entry fee of 1% of the subscribed amount, excluding VAT.
● For subscriptions greater than or equal to €250,000, no entry fee.

Your subscription will be taken into account after payment of the fees in addition to the amount of your subscription.

WineFunding will not deduct any fees from the return to investors.
In the event of non-completion of the offer, no fees will be charged to the investor.

The Issuer is invoiced a maximum of nine percent (9%) exclusive of tax of the amount of funds raised, including guarantee and mortgage fees.
