THE PROJECT


Thanks to the success and growth of Clarisse, several new projects need to be financed. Most importantly they need to buy and renovate a warehouse and at the same time expand their stock of older vintages.

Purchase a new building

Organic viticulture is labor intensive, and the vineyard soils need to be routinely worked. This new building will be used to house the machinery required in the vineyard.

Cost of the warehouse: 50,000 €.

Expand the offer of older vintages

To satisfy customers demands, notably in high-end hotels and restaurants who want older vintages of Clarisse, Olivia and Didier want to expand their stock of older vintages of Château Clarisse. Currently, thanks to the commercial success of Château Clarisse, the wines are sold two years after harvest. If the restaurant is unable to store several vintages of Clarisse the final consumer will not be able to appreciate the full potential of the wine.
A part of each vintage will be put aside and stored then sold when they have fully matured. The storage of unsold stock represents a significant financial outlay.

The original goal is to put aside 50,000€ worth of wine for storage. If the original goal is reached, then more wine can be set aside to the benefit of the consumer.
