How to raise funds on WineFunding?

WINE PAY-BACK
YOU PAY-BACK YOUR WINEFUNDERS
FULLY IN WINE

  • Many wine lovers contribute up to a few hundred euros each.

  • When the campaign is successfully funded, you receive the funds needed to complete your project directly in your bank account.

  • Then, for a specified period (usually 2-5 years), you pay back your WineFunders annually with bottles of wine or nights in a guest room.

  • This model is suitable for projects from €10,000 to €30,000 or more.

WINE BOND *
YOU PAY-BACK THE PRINCIPAL IN EUROS
AND THE INTEREST IN WINE

  • Many wine lovers contribute up to a few thousand euros each.

  • When the campaign is successfully funded, you receive the funds needed to complete your project directly in your bank account.

  • Then, for a specified period (usually 2-5 years), you pay back your WineFunders annually in EUROS via automatic bank transfer and you pay the interest with bottles of wine.

  • This model is suitable for projects from €30,000 to €300,000 or more.

EQUITY *
YOUR WINEFUNDERS
BECOME SHAREHOLDERS

  • Many wine lovers invest a few thousand euros each and become shareholders of your company.

  • The WineFunders provide the capital required for your project: you do not have to repay each year as in the case of a bank loan.

  • You remain in control of the operation and you will have the primary option to redeem their shares.

  • This model is suitable for projects from €100,000 to €10,000,000 or more.

Due to regulatory changes as of November 10, 2023, the Wine Bond and Wine Equity models are now available on the platforms of our partners approved as an Investment Services Provider (ISP) and Participative Financing Service Provider (PSFP).
