2010, THE YEAR WE TOOK OVER THE ESTATE


Caroline and Philippe Chauvin have owned Domaine de La Font des Pères since 2010, in a region they've known for a long time.

Accustomed to seafood products, they created Comptoir du Caviar in 1991, which they have successfully developed ever since. After selling their high-end gastronomy business, they decided to acquire these 6 hectares of vines, aware of the potential of the terroir and exposure.

The technique is different, but the similarities between the worlds of gastronomy and wine are many, and Caroline and Philippe know how to surround themselves with the right people.

In Bandol, in a majestic setting overlooking the Sainte Baume, you'll discover a vineyard surrounded by forests, taste award-winning wines, enjoy generous, seasonal cuisine in one of their 3 restaurants and, if you wish, stay overnight.

A PASSIONATE AND COMPLEMENTARY TEAM


Philippe CHAUVIN founded Comptoir du caviar in 1991 and has developed it successfully ever since. In 2010, he took over Domaine de La Font des Pères, devoting himself entirely to it from 2018, when it opens to the public after major renovation work.

Jean-Luc CODACCIONI founded the Icadémie distance learning group and still runs it today. In 2022, he decided to return to his roots in the land where he grew up, by becoming majority shareholder and Chairman of La Font des Pères.

Chef Raphaël LINOSSIER assisted Michelin-starred Chef Jérémy Czaplicki for 10 years. Now he's cooking at the Domaine de La Font des Pères. His goal is to obtain a Michelin star when the structure allows it!

Hugo and Albin have been working at Domaine de La Font des Pères since Philippe and Chauvin took over. This highly complementary duo is responsible for the vines, cellar and kitchen garden.


A COMPLETE AND ATTRACTIVE WINE TOURISM OFFER


When Philippe and Caroline Chauvin took over the estate in 2010, it covered 6 hectares of vines.
In 2015, they began renovating the site and enlarging the winery, with the aim of creating an immersive experience for wine lovers.
Today, the estate covers 14 hectares and offers an attractive and diversified wine tourism offering that creates a direct link with consumers.

The "Ferme Auberge" restaurant offers a breathtaking view and authentic, creative and generous cuisine, inspired by the terroir and the production of the garden.
